Recruiting new people into your MLM business is the fastest way to attain the success that you have been dreaming about.  Each new person you recruit brims with the possibility of being the next superstar that will be personally responsible for growing your downline to tens of thousands of distributors.

The superstars of MLM recruiting consistently bring 20-30 new reps into their business every month.  As on-line marketing increases in popularity the possibilities are endless.  I was just talking to my mentor yesterday and he had signed up 4 people the day before and was signing up 7 the day I talked to him.

So how do champion recruiters do it?  How do some people consistently bring in 1-2 new people each and every day while others struggle to recruit one person a month?

I believe that it doesn’t have anything to do with talent.Or work habits.  Or how-to knowledge for that matter.  Yes, all those factors are important but they are nothing without the proper mindset.

Let’s begin by looking at your current mindset.  What are your beliefs around MLM recruiting?  To get a clearer picture answer the following questions with the FIRST answer that comes into your mind…

1.  Recruiting for my MLM business is___________ because ______________.
2.   The main reason I’m not recruiting more people is…
3.  People who recruit a lot of people into their business are…

Now picture yourself recruiting at least one person every day…30-50 people a month.  What is the first thing that comes to your mind?  How do you feel when thinking about personally recruiting 50 people a month?

Now take a look at your answers.  And please tell the deep down, dark truth.  If you though recruiting was easy you’d be recruiting more than enough people and you wouldn’t be reading this article.

These simple questions are designed to uncover your beliefs around recruiting.  And beliefs create your mindset.

If you answered not enough time for #2 then you will continue to struggle with recruiting until you believe that you have enough time to do it.

But now we have to dig a little deeper.  Often times our initial answers uncover limiting beliefs but are often excuses to mask deeper fears.

The belief that you don’t have enough time to do recruiting activities might be covering up a deeper belief that you don’t deserve success and prosperity.

This is a process that involves curiosity and determination to get through those pesky limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck.  But once you do you have set the stage for freedom.

When you are aware of your current beliefs it’s time to create a mindset that you desire and that serves you.

Now answer these questions from an empowered state of mind…

1.  Recruiting for my MLM business is……
2.  I am a champion at recruiting because….
3.  People are lining up to join my team because…

Remember the quote, “Whatever the mind of man can believe and conceive it can achieve”. If you believe you are a champion recruiter you will be.  The Universe will realign itself to make you right.
