If your site is mainly made up for flash then this is a sure sign that you are in a big need of an update. When flash first came to be it has to be said that nearly everyone wanted it on their site for one reason or another but this is not the case nowadays as it would seem people are fighting not to have it. Why does this happen? One of the big problems with flash is that it takes such a long time to load up, this causes problems and people will just leave.

Broken Links?

If you have many broken links across the site it is going to be very hard for people to actually navigate to the pages that they need to go through. If this is proving to be a problem to a visitor to the site then you know what they are going to be dong right? They will simply leave the site and go elsewhere.

This brings me nicely on to my final point.

Navigation

If you think that parts of your site need improvements imgaine what users are going to think, get them fixed before you lose out altogether. This is because there are so many competitors around for each kind of business that they can just go elsewhere if they wanted to.
